Step  1: Choose the photos that you want to order by clicking on the "Order/View Prices" icon below the small picture (thumb nail picture) or to the right of the large or "slide show" picture.

Step  2: The next screen that you see will give a description of the picture by event and number. Below the picture will be a Size/Description...Price...Qty chart. Choose the Quantity of the picture in the box on the right.Click on the box at the bottom of the pricing to add this to your shopping cart.

Step  3: The next screen allows you to update or delete your quantities. Note that the more pictures that you purchase, the less each costs. Price breaks occur for 2-5 quantities, 6-10 quantities, 11-15 quantities, & 16 or more quantities of the same or any different combination of pictures.
         
            From this screen you may either "continue shopping" or "proceed to checkout". If you choose to "continue shopping" simply follow steps 1 & 2 until you are ready to Checkout your selections. If you you choose to "proceed to checkout" go on to Step 4.

Step  4: The next screen is the "Secure Order / Checkout Notification"; click on "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out" box.

Step  5: The next screen is the "Cart / Checkout" "Billing and Shipping" information area. The highlighted areas are required information needed to fully process the order. After initially entering the information, you will not have to re-enter the information on your next visit. It will be SECURE and password protected. Note: Make sure to choose USPS (United States Postal Service) from the drop-down menu for shipping. This assures that you will receive your photos in approxiately 7-10 days by mail. Click on NEXT.

Step  6: The next screen is Payment & Order Confirmation Screen. This screen is asking you for the type of payment you will be making. First, verify all the information on the screen is correct. Then, from the drop-down choose the type of payment you will be making. You may either choose Check/Money Order or PayPal (which accepts credit card payments).
If you wish to pay by check or money order, we will not process your order until we receive payment from you. If you are paying by credit card through PAYPAL, the payment is authorized immediately online.IMPORTANT: YOU MUST COMPLETE THE SALE BY FOLLOWING THE PAYPAL LINK ON THE FOLLOWING SCREEN!! After choosing payment method, click Place Order .

Step  7: Next screen is Cart/Checkout Screen. If paying by check or money order, the mailing address is on this screen. If paying by credit card, click the PAYPAL link and follow the instructions. At the bottom of the form you may print a copy of the receipt for your records.


We will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail as soon as you check the Place Order box whether you pay by check/money order or credit card.  If paying by credit card through PAYPAL, we receive a payment confirmation immediately upon your completion of the PAYPAL link.
